Ultra Flash Lighting provides this Warranty Guarantee to its licensees to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of Ultra Flash
Lighting products. If a product is found defective due to a manufacturing defect or malfunction, Ultra Flash Lighting provides a
replacement for the affected component under the terms below.

The Terms — How the Guarantee Works
Evidence may be required. Ultra Flash Lighting reserves the right to request photographic and/or video evidence of the reported issue
prior to approving or processing any warranty claim.
Warranty process will be followed. All warranty claims, procedures, and replacement processes are governed by and handled in
accordance with the official Ultra Flash Lighting Warranty Process.

• External causes beyond Ultra Flash Lighting's control

This warranty applies solely to product defects and malfunctions under normal intended use, and does not cover damage
resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, negligence, or external causes beyond Ultra Flash Lighting'
